Banana Almond Oatmeal Smoothie:
I adapted this from a different recipe, took one sip and said, “Wow–so good!” So, thought I’d share.
Pour soy milk into blender, followed by other ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until mixture is proper consistency. Enjoy!
If you don’t like thick smoothies, add an additional 1/8 to 1/4 cup soy milk.
OR Add 1 tsp flax-seed.
