Smoothie Recipe: Banana Grape

Super easy and yummy.

Calories: 256 (Makes about 15-17 oz.)

1 banana
5 oz. all no-sugar added 100% grape juice
3 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Put juice, yogurt and banana (broken into about 5 pieces) into blender.  Blend on low for about 30 seconds (or until banana is well mashed).  Add spices and re-blend for 10 seconds.  Enjoy!

(And, yes, I know–I need to remember to take pictures of my recipes!  That’s going on my action steps list for this week!)
