Super easy and yummy.
Calories: 256 (Makes about 15-17 oz.)
Put juice, yogurt and banana (broken into about 5 pieces) into blender. Blend on low for about 30 seconds (or until banana is well mashed). Add spices and re-blend for 10 seconds. Enjoy!
