RECIPE PER PERSON (Just multiply by number of people eating)

  • 15 red seedless grapes
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp. lime (or lemon) juice
  • cinnamon
  • Italian seasoning (or oregano & basil)
  • ground ginger
  • minced onions
  • 1 oz. orange juice (I used orange/pineapple/apple)

Chop chicken breast(s) in skillet. Add enough of all seasonings to coat chicken, about half-way through browning process. Add O.J. at same time as seasoning. Continue cooking until chicken is completely cooked, and all O.J. has evaporated. Remove from heat. Dish out into bowls or plates. Evenly spread 1 tsp. of honey and 1 tsp. of lime juice over each serving. Sir in walnuts and grapes. Serve hot or cold.
