November is not only when I’m moving out of my hometown, but it’s also NaNoWriMo.  That means that I’ll have to carefully plan my workout routine if I want to win NaNo and keep active all month.  So, here’s the process for planning it:

 

  • choose which training I want to do
  • choose which of that training is practical here before moving, and there after moving
  • loosely plan the weeks of November with writing, job search and moving schedule in mind
  • loosely plan second plan for once that new job is in place
  • include the new running club in the plan
  • include the new Ultimate team in the plan
  • include the new trails into the plan
  • choose some tribesports.com challenges to work on
  • include strength training into the plan, not just cardio

 

That should do it…yep.
