3 capfuls of Apple Cider vinegar
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
3 capfuls of Teriyaki sauce (low sodium is best)
4 ounces ground beef (or turkey)1 green bell pepper
8 button mushroom
Brown the meat. Drain the fat. Add the vegetables. Add the olive oil, vinegar and Teriyaki sauce. Add in the seasonings as desired (try smelling it and seeing how strong you like the added flavor as it goes in and blends with the rest of the ingredients. If you cannot smell one spice, add a little more).
Serve plain, over rice or quinoa.
For best flavor, eat with wooden or bamboo chopsticks.
