4 oz. spiral cut ham (pre-cooked)
2 capfuls Teriyaki sauce
4 button mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup broccoli (pre-cooked)
1.5 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Combine broccoli, ham and mushrooms in skillet on low heat with 1 tbsp. water. Stir consistently. Once these items are warm, add apple cider vinegar and Teriyaki sauce. Add spices to taste. Stir until coated. Add honey, coating everything again, letting it cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve as is, over rice or quinoa or potatoes.
