One thing I’ve learned is that drinking green tea daily is good for my health, both physical and mental. I just feel better after a cuppa.
I’m one of those people that caffeine does little for (besides more frequent bathroom visits), but the antioxidants in green tea gives me a mental boost. Plus, I love a good cup, especially a smooth Matcha green.
Green tea doesn’t help me lose weight, or have an energy boost, or anything like that. But it can help clear out the mental fog, and the emotional fog. If I’m anxious, sitting down with a hot cup and nestling into my big chair and half, blocking out stressors and people can help to ease any mounting tension.
So, yes. A little green tea, even a single cup a day, goes a long way for improving my health. One more thing which I celebrate bringing me closer to my healthiest me.
